A bit about me.

For twenty years, I've written campaigns that land, copy that connects, and brand voices that define them. From global brand platforms to the three words that have to do everything.

Along the way I’ve been Head of Copy at Hogarth and enjoyed lengthy stints at Ogilvy, TBWA, Coley Porter Bell and Rapp. I’ve made yoghurt feel revolutionary, enterprise software sound simple and worked on everything from the household names to the ones I had to Google in the lobby.

Before that, I was a music and film writer for a bunch of magazines. It was a masterclass in the art of the hook - learning how to pull a reader in and keep them there.

I also write screenplays and have a couple doing the rounds in LA. Years spent honing structure, pacing and dialogue. The quiet mechanics that make a story work.

So lots of hats, but the same discipline:

Find the story, then write it in a way that’s impossible to ignore.
